Hotel Guru International is close to the airport. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and neat with clean linen, mattresses, and towels. The service is also good. There is a good restaurant in the hotel and you can find every kind of Traditional foods. The staff was very friendly and attended to out requests very promptly. The prices are also quite reasonable and you get nice discounts. Transport arrangement, very good with good service

We booked 4 deluxe rooms and stayed 3N at Guru. Excellent location, very pleasant stay. Had all amenties. Clean linen, furniture and bathroom. King size bed, 2 chairs and a table, hot water kettle, coffee/tea/milk powder, AC, hot water, toiletries, bath towels, extra bed all provided. 100m from Anthroplogical museum. Close to hotels and other attractions. Best value for money. Cordial staff. No restaurant. Breakfast just ok. When we started early in the morning for Havelock, they packed the breakfast for us - sandwich and boiled eggs

We were deceived by the decent reviews and booked twice during our recent stay via cleartrip. The place is very average and noisy all around. The rooms are cramped and the a/c is not at all comfortable due to a bad stench. Ordered Food is decent but breakfast is terrible!! The staff is not helpful with a couple of rude fellows. Used for bulk tourist bookings; now you can imagine the quality of this place. Only solace is quick access to lot of places in Portblair since it is centrally located.

A quaint place to snuggle in. Though it is on the main road, there wasn't much noise for disturbance. Staff very courteous and helpful. The kitchen even listened to our preparation of their dishes to tweak to our taste. Food was tasty and very reasonable. At our request they even changed our rooms, as we wanted the same on the 1st floor, instead of the 2nd. Overall, a place to relax and blissful.
